Kirbyville Housing Authority is host to two large playgrounds on the complex; one at the 944 W. MLK site, and one behind the 500-600 block of W. Levert Street (even numbered side). Playgrounds are for use by Residents and their guests that are age 12 and under.
Absolutely no smoking, alcohol or drugs are allowed. No more than one guest per Resident is allowed (without written permission from the office), and children and guests must be under the supervision of at least one adult household member, with no more than five children under the supervision of any one adult. Exception: all ages are allowed to use the large swings.
To minimize ant and other pest problems, no food or drinks are allowed on the playgrounds (other than water in a plastic cup or container), and trash and toys must be picked up at all times. Noise levels must be kept at a reasonable level to avoid disturbances to Residents living nearby. Loitering is prohibited on or near the playgrounds, especially by non-Residents.
Please report any suspicious activity or individuals seen in these areas immediately. Anything left behind at playgrounds is subject to removal and disposal.
Curfew is 11:00 p.m. (No playground use between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.)
