The community room at the MLK location offers free rentals for Resident-only events (where function involves or invites all Residents in that section. There is a small security deposit that is refundable after proper cleaning. It has seating capacity for up 32 people (at tables), and 40 people with chairs only.
The facility may also be rented (for a small fee) for small private events by Resident(s) who live at that location.
