Pavilions are available for Residents and their guests at all four of our development sites, and include barbeque grills and picnic tables.
As with all other "common areas" (areas for use by any or all Residents and guests), pavilion and picnic areas are designated as "smoke-free." All Pecan Grove developments are required to be non-smoking; the only exceptions are that smoking is allowed around the apartment areas only if you are at least 25 feet away from any apartment, common building, or other structure, as well as other Residents who do not smoke and are nearby. Cigarette/cigar butts are trash and are to be disposed of properly, in receptacles, etc., not thrown on the ground.
