The Obstacle Course, located around our soccer/sports fields area, is available for use by Residents and the public most days (when organized sports do not interfere). It is also one of the key elements in the annual East Texas Superstars (ETS) event.
Proceeds from ETS support Deep East Texas Community Development, Inc. [501(c)(3) pending], which serves to assist those people and programs in our communities most in need, including the homeless, veterans and their families, programs for food, clothing, transportation, day care and education, etc. These desperately-needed services, once established, will allow our Residents and other area citizens to get the education, training, job opportunities and other services necessary to achieve greater independence and become contributors to their communities.
