HOUSING POLICIES/INFORMATION

Eligibility: 

Prior to lease up, all adult Applicants must:

Pass a background check (generally no felonies, incarceration, parole, or probation within the last three (3) years, no record of violence or serious drug offenses, or registered sex-offenders)
Be within the income guidelines established by HUD for Jasper county
Provide proof of positive rental history, if available
Have no other negative reports from others that, in Management's opinion/discretion, would compromise their likelihood of abiding by the lease or otherwise disturbing neighbors
Pay any outstanding debts owed to KHA/Pecan Grove, any other assisted housing program, and Kirbyville Power & Light
Have the required move-in charges (security deposit, one month's rent, and electric utility deposit/connection fee) within 10 days of receiving an offer letter (elderly and/or disabled individuals may inquire about paying out their deposit if they are unable to pay the entire deposit up front)
Provide all required documents (listed under "Application")
